At VICOM, we utilize an effective and time-saving system for newsletter distribution. Our system consists of two main parts:

Subscribers: subscribers can choose to register on your site and then confirm whether they wish to receive further information. Your non-online customers that wish to receive more information will be able to leave their email addresses at any of your business locations, to be easily added later to your list of subscribers.

Subscribers will have various emailing options. Those wishing to be removed will be able to easily do so and after the word gets out from friends and family of existing customers, more potential customers will want to join your listserve.

Newsletters: when you wish to send an e-newsletter, you will only have to send the desired newsletter text in an email to an address provided by us. Then, after you have confirmed the final draft, the email/newsletter will be sent to all of your subscribers.

At the bottom of the email, subscribers will have the option of being removed from the emailing list if they wish to do so (therefore meeting with anti-spam legal obligations)
