Make sure that "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires
authentification"  is marked, if it´s not, please mark it,
clicking on squarebox space. Shown on Figure 9

Then click "OK" to set and save the changes
Right after you clicked the OK button,  click on the "Next" button located on the down corner.
